How to Apply

• After cleansing, place a pea-sized amount of Bliss Polish into your palm.
• Mix with your favourite cleanser-try our Pure You Cleanser or Sooth Me Cleansing Cream-to form a smooth paste.
• Massage gently over damp skin in circular motions, avoiding the eye area.
• Leave for 1–2 minutes while you wash your hair or brush your teeth, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
• Use up to twice a week for best results.

Avoid direct sunlight for at least 6 hours after use. Always apply SPF if needed. A mild tingling or flushed sensation is normal after exfoliation. Not suitable for very sensitive, inflamed, or broken skin.
