After placing an order, your products should arrive in approximately:

How can I track my order?
You’ll find your tracking number in your dispatch email. You can track your parcel using the Australia Post Tracking Tool, the AusPost app, or call 13 7678 for help. We also use Aramex for some deliveries — contact us if unsure or if you didn’t receive your tracking details.

My order hasn’t arrived — can you help?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 days (Parcel Post) or 3 days (Express) of dispatch, contact us with your order number and we’ll sort it out promptly.

Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes — just select Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll let you know when it’s ready and you can collect it from our North Perth studio during business hours.
