What is your return policy?
If for any reason you're not completely happy with your Alit Cosmetics products, simply contact us within 30 days of your order date. We’ll offer a full refund (excluding shipping) or exchange the item — no hard feelings.
Do you offer a shade-match guarantee?
Yes! We know finding your perfect match can be tricky online, so we offer FREE returns and exchanges on all foundations. Just email us, and we’ll work with you to find the best shade — or refund your full purchase price.
How do I return a product?
Email us with your details and request. We’ll email you a prepaid return label. Just print it, pack up your item, and send it back to our HQ: 338 Walcott Street, North Perth WA. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund or send out your exchange.
Who pays for return shipping?
We cover return postage for all foundation returns and for any issue due to incorrect or faulty products. For all other change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are not reimbursed.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds typically take 3–8 business days to appear in your account once the returned item has been received.
I received the wrong product — what now?
Oops! That shouldn’t have happened. Please contact us at hello@alitcosmetics.com.au and we’ll get the correct product out to you ASAP — on us.
