Products & Ingredients
Are your products vegan?
Our skincare range is 100% vegan, and 97% of our makeup is vegan-friendly — with just three products containing ethically sourced beeswax.
Are Alit products tested on animals?
Never! We are proudly cruelty-free and do not test on animals — nor do we sell in markets that require animal testing.
What ingredients are in your SPF products?
We use only Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide — natural, non-nano minerals — with no fillers like talc, bismuth, or petrochemicals.
I like good coverage — can I get it with natural foundations?
Absolutely. Our Flawless Powder foundations are high in pigment and free from fillers. Paired with the right brush and technique, you can build from sheer to full coverage without the heaviness of conventional foundations.
I have dry skin and powders don’t sit well — what can I use?
Try applying our Flawless Mineral Powder over the Super Drop Complex or BBe You Cream while the skin is still dewy — it turns into a fresh liquid-like base. Or simply use BBe You Cream for a radiant, hydrated finish.
When I run out of my powder foundation, do I have to buy a whole new one?
Nope! You can order eco-conscious refills in 100% compostable packaging — better for your wallet and the planet.
How do I know which foundation shade suits me?
Visit our Find Your Shade page or email us a selfie in natural light. Perth locals are welcome to drop by the studio!
Do Alit products contain Titanium Dioxide?
Yes — we use non-nano Titanium Dioxide in select formulas like our mineral powders and SPF products for safe, natural sun protection. We never use chemical sunscreens or nanoparticles.
Where do you source your mica?
We only use ethically sourced mica from verified suppliers who meet strict no-child-labour and fair-trade standards. Transparency and traceability matter deeply to us.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes, our entire range is formulated without gluten or gluten-derived ingredients. While our lab follows strict manufacturing protocols, if you have severe allergies, please contact us and we’ll guide you personally.
What does “may contain” mean in your ingredient lists?
This refers to trace pigments or minerals that may be present in some colour products. It’s a standard industry practice to disclose this in case of shared equipment across colour batches — even though the presence is minimal or none.
Are your products safe during pregnancy or for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our skincare is ultra-gentle, made without toxins or synthetic irritants. If unsure, please reach out and we’ll guide you.

Where is your studio located?
We’re in North Perth, WA. Check our treatment menu or book online here.
What treatments do you offer?
We offer holistic facials, skin treatments with Venus Versa/Viva, and custom one-on-one sessions. Everything is grounded in our Skin, Soul & Results philosophy.
Can I come into the HQ studio?
Absolutely! We’re open weekdays 10am–3pm or by appointment. Just give us a call or email to schedule your visit.
Shipping & Tracking
How much is shipping?
$12 Standard / $15 Express Australia-wide. Free shipping for all orders over $95 AUD. View full shipping info here.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Delivery is free for orders over $95 AUD via Australia Post Standard or Aramex. It’s our way of saying thank you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process all orders by 12pm on business days for same-day dispatch. Perth metro orders usually arrive within 1–2 business days. Interstate and rural areas take 3–7 days, depending on Australia Post.
How can I track my order?
You’ll find your tracking number in your dispatch email. You can track your parcel using the Australia Post Tracking Tool, the AusPost app, or call 13 7678 for help. We also use Aramex for some deliveries — contact us if unsure.
How can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is in your dispatch email. You can also sign in to your account, go to ‘Orders’, and view shipping info there. Still stuck? Contact us and we’ll find it for you.
My order hasn’t arrived — can you help?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 days (Parcel Post) or 3 days (Express) of dispatch, contact us with your order number and we’ll sort it out promptly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. If your country doesn’t appear, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes — just select Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll let you know when it’s ready and you can collect it from our North Perth studio during business hours.
Payments & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, ZipPay, AfterPay, and Google Pay. We also accept phone payments and in-person PayPass in the studio.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes! Afterpay lets you pay in four interest-free instalments. Select Afterpay at checkout and follow the steps. For more details, click here.
What is your returns policy?
Love it or leave it! We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy, you can return your product within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
Sustainability & Ethics
How eco-friendly are you?
We use recyclable and compostable packaging, print only on recycled paper, use Hero Packs for shipping, and support local suppliers. We are proudly Australian-made and earth-conscious in every detail.
Where are your products made?
Everything is crafted in Australia using clean, conscious, non-toxic ingredients. We support local suppliers wherever possible.
Do you offer refill options?
Yes — we offer refills for our mineral foundations and select products. Refills come in 100% compostable, biodegradable pouches that reduce waste while still looking beautiful on your shelf.
