What is Afterpay?
Afterpay allows you to shop online and pay for your purchases in four equal, interest-free installments, due every two weeks. You’ll receive your order as normal and pay over time with no additional fees if payments are made on time.
How can I pay with Afterpay?
At checkout, simply select Afterpay as your payment method and follow the prompts. You’ll be redirected to Afterpay’s website to complete your payment securely.
Do I need to register with Afterpay before using it?
No registration required! Just choose Afterpay at checkout and you’ll be guided through the setup on your first purchase. It’s quick, safe, and easy.
Does Afterpay require a credit check or application?
No, Afterpay links to your existing debit or credit card. No credit application or lengthy approvals.
Who can use Afterpay?
You can use Afterpay if you live in Australia, are over 18 years of age, have a valid email and mobile number, and use an Australian-issued debit or credit card.
Is there a minimum or maximum spend?
There’s no minimum spend. The maximum order value for Afterpay is $1,000 AUD, including shipping.
When will my order be sent if I use Afterpay?
We’ll dispatch your order as soon as it’s placed — just like any other payment method.
What if I miss a payment?
Late payments incur a $10 fee, with a further $7 fee if not paid within 7 days. Afterpay caps late fees at 25% of the order value. See Afterpay’s site for full details.
Can I return a product purchased with Afterpay?
Yes! Our regular returns policy applies. Once we process your return, Afterpay will update your payment schedule or refund any payments made.
