Palo Santo is a tree with a beautifully sweet and woodsy aroma native to South America. The tree is part of the Burseraceae family, like frankincense and myrrh. Its widely used in folk medicine as a smudge stick or incense. The scent of Palo Santo is incredibly soothing and transmits a powerful energy. Its smoke is used to clean and help remove bad energy from the home, keep away negative spirits, and induce meditation & spiritual search.
Even though there isn't much scientific evidence behind these benefits, regardless, palo santo has been used by indigenous peoples for centuries all around the world and can't harm in any way with its beautiful smell :)

How to use
how to burn palo santo sticks:
- Light the palo santo stick with a lighter, match or a candle
- Hold the stick downward at a 45-degree angle.
- Let the stick burn for 30 seconds.
- Blow out the flame. Place the stick in a heatproof dish to let it burn as long as you want.
Never leave burning sticks unattended.
