White Sage Smudging Stick

The white sage is the most common herb used in traditional ceremonies; the sage will help clear & cleanse negative energy from your space.

How to use

Using a candle, gently light the end of the sage bundle until a small flame appears. Once lit steadily, blow out the flame, leaving the centre smouldering & smoking.
Make sure to take care to keep the ash receptacle beneath the stick. You can use a feather to fan the smoke into and around areas of your home or office you wish to smudge. When smudging is complete, simply snuff out the stick in sand or a heatproof bowl, then store it for next use.
